• Second Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) at Prime System Solutions, you will embark on a structured career development journey designed to build your professional foundation. Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Assist in internal process documentation and compliance tracking.
• Support workflow optimization initiatives across departments.
• Help prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
• Participate in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
• Gain exposure to organizational policies, audits, and efficiency improvement projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
