About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to manage and maintain network infrastructure across multiple customer environments. The role involves supporting multi-site businesses with branch offices, warehouses, and distribution facilities where reliable network connectivity is critical to daily operations. You will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, switching, wireless networks, virtualization platforms, and serve;r connectivity. The position also involves troubleshooting technical issues, executing infrastructure projects, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining network security and documentation. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong networking fundamentals, independent problem-solving abilities, and experience supporting multiple customer environments, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Key Responsibilities: 1. Network Operations and Monitoring Perform daily network health checks and monitor network dashboards for connectivity issues, WAN outages, DNS misconfigurations, IP conflicts, and hardware alerts. Monitor and respond to alerts through network monitoring and remote management platforms.
