looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and support our international client, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving multi-branch wholesale distribution businesses.\nThis is a hands-on opportunity to work with enterprise networking technologies, virtualization platforms, firewalls, VPNs, datacenter infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMonitor and maintain network infrastructure across multiple client locations using Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi.\nConfigure and troubleshoot firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, routing, and VPN connections.\nManage Cisco Meraki MX appliances, AutoVPN, wireless access points, and network switches.\nAdminister remote access VPN solutions using Cisco Secure Client (AnyConnect) and Microsoft Entra ID.\nMaintain VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V environments, including virtual machines and virtual switches.\nManage Dell server hardware, firmware, RAID configurations, and hardware troubleshooting.\nSupport Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic Linux administration.\nMonitor backup operations, coordinate disaster recovery testing, and assist with server restoration.\nInvestigate network security alerts and work with cybersecurity and endpoint protection platforms.\nLead and support network-related projects, including branch deployments, ISP migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation and ensure all network changes are properly recorded.\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of experience in Network Administration or Network Engineering, preferably within an MSP environment.\nStrong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, MS, MR) and Ubiquiti UniFi.\nSolid understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall configurations.\nPractical experience configuring and troubleshooting site-to-site and remote access VPNs.\nExperience with VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.\nWorking knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.\nAbility to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues independently.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWillingness to participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support.\n⭐ NICE TO HAVE\nCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Meraki certifications.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure networking.\nFamiliarity with Datto RMM, Autotask, IT Glue, and ImmyBot.\nExposure to Veeam, Datto Backup, or other backup and disaster recovery
