pages, and site collections.\nManage user permissions, security groups, external sharing, and access controls.\nSupport Microsoft Teams and OneDrive integrations with SharePoint Online.\nConfigure document management structures, metadata, content types, and version control.\nTroubleshoot SharePoint access issues, synchronization problems, performance concerns, and document collaboration errors.\nImplement governance policies, retention requirements, and security best practices.\nAssist with SharePoint migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and data restructuring projects.\nManage Microsoft 365 administrative settings and collaborate with other IT teams on identity and access management.\nUse PowerShell and Microsoft Graph where appropriate to automate administrative tasks and reporting.\nMonitor service health, investigate incidents, and resolve service requests within defined SLAs.\nMaintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and client-specific configurations.\nCoordinate with clients, service desk teams, and senior engineers to deliver effective technical support.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online in a Microsoft 365 environment.\nExperience working in an MSP or supporting multiple client environments is strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of SharePoint site architecture, permissions, document libraries, lists, and sharing settings.\nPractical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, user access, and authentication concepts.\nWorking knowledge of PowerShell for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration.\nExperience troubleshooting document synchronization, access permissions, sharing, and collaboration issues.\nUnderstanding of SharePoint governance, data security, and compliance fundamentals.\nStrong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple client requests and manage incidents according to SLA
