cybersecurity best practices and security controls.\nSupport Microsoft Intune, Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender.\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure and networking issues.\nParticipate in security assessments and remediation efforts.\nWork directly with clients to understand requirements and implement technology solutions.\nMentor junior engineers and serve as an escalation resource.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure and internal processes.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or systems engineering.\nStrong experience with Microsoft 365 administration.\nHands-on experience with Windows Server environments.\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, including VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and switching.\nExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\nAbility to learn and work with new customer applications and technologies.\nAbility to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Defender and security solutions.\nPowerShell scripting and automation skills.\nPrevious experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.\nRelevant technical certifications such as Security+, AZ-104, AZ-500, or
