You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement, maintain, and improve IT environments.\nIf you are ready to take on greater technical responsibility and develop your expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, this could be the next step in your career.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nSystems Administration and Infrastructure Management\nDesign, implement, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Server environments and enterprise systems.\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.\nManage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, permissions, and identity management.\nSupport virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and infrastructure health to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.\nCloud and Microsoft Technologies\nDeploy, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services and Azure environments.\nManage Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.\nImplement and maintain Microsoft Defender and other endpoint and email security solutions.\nSupport cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and Microsoft technology deployments.\nIdentify opportunities to improve existing infrastructure through cloud adoption and automation.\nCybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection\nImplement and maintain cybersecurity best practices and security controls.\nSupport security assessments, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening.\nConfigure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and network security solutions.\nMonitor security alerts and investigate potential infrastructure and endpoint security issues.\nEnsure systems follow security standards and organizational policies.\nTechnical Troubleshooting and Project Delivery\nDiagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, server, cloud, and networking issues.\nTake ownership of escalated technical issues and drive them through resolution.\nLead or participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, deployments, and modernization projects.\nWork directly with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when needed.\nDocumentation and Continuous Improvement\nMaintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and infrastructure diagrams.\nDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical knowledge base articles.\nIdentify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, security, and operational processes.\nEnsure projects and assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines and requirements.\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of experience in Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or IT Infrastructure support.\nStrong hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.\nSolid experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access management.\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, and switching.\nExperience working with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, particularly with complex infrastructure issues.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and technical teams.\nStrong documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple technical tasks and meet project deadlines.\nWillingness to learn new technologies, systems, and customer-specific applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Defender and endpoint/email security technologies.\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and IT automation.\nPrevious experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment.\nExperience handling infrastructure migrations, cloud deployments, and modernization projects.\nRelevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-500, or equivalent certifications.\nBenefits\nHybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.\nHealth Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage\nGovernment-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.\n13th-month pay.\nOpportunities for professional development and technical certifications.\nExposure to international clients, modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.\nOpportunities to expand your technical expertise and career progression.\nCollaborative working environment with opportunities to work alongside experienced technical professionals.\nWork Arrangement\nLocation: ABDC Building, Quezon City, Philippines.\nSetup: Hybrid -
