Tuason St, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila\nJob Summary:\nThe Treasury Coordinator supports the company’s daily cash operations by monitoring cash activity, maintaining accurate transaction records, completing reconciliations, and assisting with cash reporting. This role works closely with Finance partners to research discrepancies, support internal controls, and help ensure cash transactions are processed accurately and timely.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor daily cash activity and maintain accurate records of receipts, disbursements, transfers, and other cash transactions.\n Prepare and complete bank and cash account reconciliations; research and help resolve variances in a timely manner.\nAssist with cash position reporting and provide accurate, organized information to support short-term cash planning.\nMaintain supporting documentation for cash transactions, reconciliations, and related Finance records.\nPartner with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other internal teams to research transaction questions and resolve discrepancies.\nSupport month-end and year-end close activities related to cash accounts, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.\nFollow internal controls and company policies related to cash handling, banking activity, documentation, and financial records.\nAssist with audit and information requests by gathering clear, complete, and accurate supporting documentation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of cash processes and reporting.\nCommunicate exceptions, unresolved issues, and potential risks to the Controller or appropriate Finance leader.\nPerform other related duties and support Finance projects as assigned\nRequirements\nSkills, Knowledge, and Expertise\nAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\nAtleast 3 years of experience supporting cash operations, treasury, accounting, banking, or a related financial function preferred.\nExperience completing account reconciliations and working with transaction-level financial data preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.\nWorking knowledge of cash transactions, account reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.\nStrong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain discrepancies and follow up on open items.\nEffective time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.\nAbility to research transaction activity, identify inconsistencies, and support practical problem resolution.\nAbility to handle financial information with discretion and follow established controls and procedures.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn financial systems and banking platforms.\nDemonstrates initiative and a continuous-improvement mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nBenefits\nWhy You'll Love Working with Us:\nPrime Office Location Convenient location with easy access to public transportation, dining, and nearby establishments.\nModern Workspace Enjoy a comfortable, well-equipped office with modern amenities.\nPaid Leave Take time off to recharge, starting upon regularization.\nHMO Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage as soon as you're regularized.\nGovernment-Mandated Benefits All statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG are fully provided.\nFun & Collaborative Culture Be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and teamwork.\nNOTE:\nThis is a full-time employment position and NOT an Independent Contractor arrangement.
