Summary\nThe Coordinator, Treasury supports daily cash operations by monitoring cash activity, maintaining accurate transaction records, performing account reconciliations, and assisting with cash reporting. The role works closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to research discrepancies, support internal controls, and ensure timely and accurate processing of cash transactions.\n2. Responsibilities\nMonitor daily cash activity and maintain accurate records of receipts, disbursements, transfers, and other cash transactions.\nPrepare bank and cash account reconciliations, investigate variances, and support timely resolution of discrepancies.\nAssist with cash position reporting and provide organized information for short-term cash planning.\nMaintain supporting documentation for cash transactions, reconciliations, and Finance records.\nCollaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other teams to resolve transaction-related queries.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of cash account schedules and reconciliations.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to cash handling, banking activities, and financial documentation.\nAssist with audit requests by gathering accurate and complete supporting documentation.\nIdentify opportunities to improve cash processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nCommunicate exceptions, unresolved discrepancies, and potential risks to the Controller or relevant Finance leadership.\nSupport additional Finance projects and perform other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and relevant professional experience.\n3-5 years of experience in cash operations, treasury, accounting, banking, or a related financial function preferred.\nWorking knowledge of cash transactions, account reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.\nExperience handling transaction-level financial data and performing account reconciliations preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn financial systems and banking platforms.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.\nAbility to research financial transactions, identify inconsistencies, and support effective problem resolution.\nAbility to handle confidential financial information with discretion and follow established controls and procedures.\nProactive approach, initiative, and a continuous-improvement mindset in a fast-paced
