The CPM interacts with many departments and contractors including operations, designers, engineers, procurement, vendors, and facilities staff.\nWhat you'll do\nManage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards\nProvide appropriate communication with project team to reduce constraints between Owner, Design Team and Contractor\nCollaborate with the EH&S Officer to ensure site construction safety procedures are implemented and followed\nWork with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews\nProvide schedule input and communicate impacts related to document deliverables\nSupport the development of GC RFP’s\nManage the RFP Process including evaluation and leveling of pricing proposals\nWork closely with the procurement team on equipment procurement and delivery processes\nMonitor RFI’s and submittals, ensure they are coordinated with project team\nCreate and monitor project budget and cost-to-date variance budget\nEstablish project schedules and cash flow forecasts\nCreate and communicate updates on project status monthly\nMaintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projects\nReview monthly invoices from contractors, including detailed review of invoicing and WIP production\nReview change order requests from contractors and negotiate pricing\nTravel up to 30%\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent professional experience\nData Center experience highly preferred; construction management experience required\n5+ years’ experience in commercial construction practices and procedures\nEffective presentation development and communication skills\nProficiency with construction management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary range - $130,000 - $180,000 - and performance bonus program\n401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match\n100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability\nPaid Time Off + Sick time\nApplications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.\nPrime is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
