Details, improvements and investments that make a collective difference for our customers, employees, partners, and the world we live in.\nIf you would like to be part of this service, putting our customers at the centre of what we do, then we would love to hear from you about joining our team.\nRole Responsibilities:\nCo-ordinate and communicate all the activities in respect of the arrival and departure of aircraft at ABZ, ensuring that the SGS main priorities of Safety, Punctuality and Service are fulfilled.\n\nCommunicate efficiently via ground-to-air with customers and locally with the company radio operating system\n\nCommunicate professionally with other operational centres and with local authorities\n\nPrepare and publish loadplan and loadsheet to maximise their payload and protect their punctuality.\n\nTo ensure that decisions made by the Duty Station Manager are communicated to all departments and actioned.\n\nBe fully aware of the Accident and Emergency Procedures and be able to act in accordance with these procedures if necessary.\n\nAct in accordance with laid down procedures in the event of damage or spillage of Dangerous Goods.\n\nTo ensure compliance of Airport Authority and DTLR rules both by ASIG and by suppliers operating on behalf of ASIG.\n\nMonitor and report on the service given to ASIG by our suppliers.\n\nPerform any other administrative or operational duties as may be reasonably required by ABZ Ramp Supervisor or Duty Manager\n\nWhat were looking for?\n\nFlexibility\n\nInitiative\n\nAccuracy\n\nTeam Working\n\nCommunications skills (spoken and written)\n\nA good general knowledge of our customers' products and customer service standards.\n\nKnowledge of Load control procedures,\n\nATC procedures.\n\nBasic PC skills\n\nFull, clean driving licence.\n\nPrimeFlight UK is an equal opportunity employer.
