We are looking for people who want to build at the intersection of frontier research, real infrastructure, and go-to-market for a category that does not fully exist yet.\nRole Impact\nThis role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical operations, and AI infrastructure delivery. You will work directly with customers to help them onboard, deploy, and scale on Prime Intellect infrastructure, while also building the internal systems, workflows, and automation that make that experience scalable over time.\nBeyond supporting individual accounts, this person will help define how Prime Intellect serves sophisticated technical customers: turning high-touch support and deployment work into repeatable processes, better tooling, and durable operational leverage.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCustomer Success & Account Ownership\nServe as a primary point of contact for customers running AI workloads on our infrastructure\n\nOwn customer onboarding and deployment coordination from post-sale through production readiness\n\nBuild trusted relationships with customer teams and proactively manage issues, risks, and escalations\n\nPartner with engineering and operations to ensure customer needs are translated clearly into internal action\n\nSystems, Tooling & Operational Scale\nBuild and improve the internal systems that support customer onboarding, deployment tracking, escalation management, and account health\n\nIdentify repetitive manual workflows and turn them into streamlined processes, tooling, or automation\n\nHelp define the operating cadence, support infrastructure, and service model for managing technical customer accounts at scale\n\nCreate structure
