Typical tasks might include:\nSupporting lab tests and data collection\nAnalysing technical results and preparing reports\nAssisting in development and documentation of new solutions\nConcrete Academy\nGrow your skills towards becoming a concrete engineer:\nLearning the basics of concrete technology, mix design and our solutions\nSupporting engineers with simple technical tasks and documentation\nJoining site, plant or training visits to see concrete solutions in practice\nDesign & Build Department\nGet hands-on exposure to real projects in the field of construction and design:\nSupporting engineers with drawings, models or calculations\nAssisting in preparing project documentation\nCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders\nHR Department\nSee how people processes work in practice:\nHelping with onboarding and internal communication\nEntering and updating basic employee data in HR spreadsheets or systems\nAssisting with day-to-day employee support\nFinance Department\nSee how our finance team supports the business in practice:\nHelping to organise and check finance documents\nUpdating simple spreadsheets and financial overviews\nSupporting basic invoice handling and payments under supervision\nYou don’t have to choose only one area. What matters most is your motivation and willingness to learn.\n Current student status (university, college or vocational program)\nInterest in one or more of our areas: R&D, construction/design, training/education, HR or finance\n Basic English (local language skills are a plus)\nGood communication and collaboration skills\nCuriosity, initiative and responsibility\nIf this is a mandatory
