This role will suit a learning and development professional who is passionate about building capability, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering impactful learning experiences.\nReporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, you will play a key role in driving capability across the business through the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of development programs and projects aligned to the Learning and Development strategy.\nOffering a high degree of autonomy and ownership, this role sits within a collaborative and engaged team focused on delivering meaningful business outcomes and lasting impact. \nYour Key Responsibilities\nAdvise on, coordinate and continuously improve development programs, including the Leadership Program, Supervisors Foundation Program and other capability-building initiatives. \nSupport the Onboarding process for new employees, including supporting the creation of engaging e-learning modules, creating relevant onboarding materials and guides. \nParticipate in career days and industry events as required.\nPartner with functional leads and key stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them to practical learning solutions.\nEstablish and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including the design, development and maintenance of engaging e-learning content and learning pathways. \nContribute to the development and delivery of the Learning and development strategy aligned to business priorities and capability needs. \nPromote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth across the business.\nWhat You ‘Can Do’\nDegree qualified in a relevant field such as Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business Psychology, or a related discipline.\nStrong understanding of learning and development methodologies, tools, systems, and best practice approaches.\nExperience in partnering with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective learning solutions. \nExperience working in Engineering, Mining, and/or Construction sectors is preferred.\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on coordination and day-to-day execution,
