This position will be based out of our Brand New CBD Office, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week\nIn this role you will be responsible for adhering to the Primero and client mobilisation processes, ensuring Primero personnel and contractors are mobilised to site in a compliant manner.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nResponsible for mobilisation coordination for all white & blue collar personnel to Project sites\nUnderstand and uphold project and position minimum requirements.\nAccurately track progress and compliance for individuals mobilising to projects\nEnsure records are maintained in the onboarding and training records system.\nWork closely with the Recruitment team to ensure project mobilisation targets are met.\nOrdering and distribution of PPE to individuals.\nRaise purchase orders for medicals, training, and labour hire personnel.\nSource and schedule required training for individuals.\nWhat You ‘Can Do’\n2+ years mobilisation experience (ideally in the engineering or resources sectors).\nIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, including excel. \nStrong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nA personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates. \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nTeam
