You’ll lead projects through every phase - from tendering and delivery preparation through procurement, construction, and commissioning.\nBuild strong client and stakeholder relationships, manage expectations and play a key role in strengthening the company’s reputation and market standing.\nLocation: Perth CBD - New Office\nYour Key Responsibilities\n* At all times lead safety within the project under management and throughout the business as required.\n* Lead project strategy to ensure successful outcomes for the client and company.\n* Understand cost management and be capable of accurate forecasting.\n* Provide guidance on procurement and subcontracting strategies.\n* Delivery of contract scopes in line with agreed terms and conditions.\n* Communication effectively.\n* Demonstrate leadership and authority.\nWhat You ‘Can Do’\n* Drive the project safety culture.\n* Complete execution of the project from inception to practical completion.\n* Manage time and cost related to the project outcomes.\n* Control expenditures within limitations of project budget.\n* Drive productivity and innovation initiatives.\n* Day-to-day management of project budgets, resources and staffing to meet objectives and time frames.\n* Responsible for accurate and appropriate planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.\n* Management of internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.\n* Promote and ensure optimal results in safety and environmental management.\nPersonal attributes\n* Accountability -
