We specialize in the design, procurement, and construction management of mineral processing plants.\nThe Senior Project Engineer will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of mining and heavy industrial projects across all project phases, from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning. This role reports directly to the Engineering Manager.\nWorking as part of a multidisciplinary project team, the successful candidate will support project coordination, contractor management, technical problem-solving, and site execution activities while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within schedule and budget requirements.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on and adaptable engineer who enjoys balancing technical engineering responsibilities with project coordination and field execution in a fast-paced EPCM environment. The position may involve site activities depending on project requirements.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead and coordinate project execution activities to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements\nAct as Project Manager on assigned projects, including planning, execution, and client communication\nSupport Project Managers on larger projects as a senior team member\nManage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors throughout supply, construction, and commissioning phases\nProvide technical oversight, review documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards\nPerform site engineering support (modifications, problem-solving, lift studies)\nMonitor project costs, schedules, and scope changes, and support change management processes\nCoordinate across disciplines to ensure integration and delivery of project requirements\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members\nEnsure compliance with all HSE requirements, including project-specific plans, inspections, and reporting\nWhat We’re Looking For :\nDegree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)\n10+ years of experience in project engineering and project delivery within mining, mineral processing industries\nExperience acting in both project engineering and project management capacities\nStrong experience with site-based activities during construction and commissioning\nDemonstrated ability to manage contractors, schedules, budgets, and risks\nStrong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and engineering practices\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication skills\nExperience with project management tools (Primavera preferred;
