Project\nmanagement and implementation encompass requirements gathering, system\ndesign and reviews, documentation, risk assessment and audit management.\nScope the operations requirements to be developed into business case and\nspecifications. Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address business needs.\nMaintain full oversight of the projects status and resolve technical and non-technical\nissues in a timely manner.\nEngage and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Home Team Departments\n(HTDs) and other HTX teams; and external agencies, industry partners and vendors,\nto ensure successful delivery of projects and compliance throughout the project\nlifecycle.\nConduct regular project monitoring, tracking and management to ensure alignment\nwith requirements, governance, risk, audit, process and to maintain service level.\nWork with relevant parties to troubleshoot technical problems, conduct investigation\nand analysis to identify, evaluate and recommend solutions to resolve the system\nissues.\nPerform procurement activities and evaluation of submitted system proposals in\naccordance with the Government tendering or quotation procedures.\nProvide cybersecurity support to other initiatives and projects and perform any other\nduties as assigned by HTX.\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are looking for motivated individual who:\nSingapore citizen who can clear CAT 2\nhas strong project, vendor, and contract-management skills.\nAbility to multi-task and manage various Systems/projects simultaneously.\nMeticulous worker able to carry out responsibilities independently with minimum\nsupervision.\nis competent, self-motivated, proactive, committed and responsible.\nAble to work under time pressure.\nHas good communication skills, both oral and written.\nTertiary\nqualifications\nin\nComputer\nScience,\nInformation\nSystems,\nInformation/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related\ndiscipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant project management working experience in\nimplementation of ICT systems or infrastructure.\nAt least 3 years of prior experience in civil service-related work is preferred\nProven experience in risk management, change management and system\nmanagement.\nStrong interest in technologies and innovation, particularly in cybersecurity.\nAll new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.\nThe candidate will report to work in HTX HQ during office hours:\nMon to Fri: 0830 hours to 1800 hours.\nThe candidate is expected to travel within Singapore for off-site meetings and conduct site\nsurveys.\nAbout your application process\nWe wish to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified within 2 weeks upon\nclosing of the advertisement.
