patching, and configuration management.\nMonitor cluster health and manage alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.\nAutomation & CI/CD Integration\nAutomate cluster operations using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting (Python, Bash).\nIntegrate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitOps, and other DevOps tools.\nSupport automated deployments and release planning.\nSecurity & Governance\nImplement and enforce security policies, RBAC, and AD integration.\nConduct vulnerability assessments and apply necessary patches.\nCollaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.\nSupport & Collaboration\nProvide technical guidance to development teams on containerization best practices.\nTroubleshoot platform and application issues in containerized environments.\nAssist with onboarding applications and teams to the platform.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\n3-7 years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.\nStrong Linux system administration and networking skills.\nProficiency in container technologies (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes).\nExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.\nCertifications such as CKA, CKAD, or Red Hat OpenShift are a plus.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with microservices architecture and container orchestration.\nKnowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.\nStrong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.\nExcellent communication and documentation
