services\n-\nProvide technical leadership in geospatial architecture decisions\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n-\n8+ years of experience in GIS development and spatial data analysis\n-\nStrong expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise suite, including: ArcGIS Server\n-\nArcGIS Portal\n-\nArcGIS Enterprise SDK\n-\nArcGIS Pro\n-\nExtensive experience with FME Desktop and FME Server\n-\nProficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs for spatial services\n-\nStrong understanding of spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, PostGIS)\n-\nBasic experience with Python scripting for GIS automation\n-\nKnowledge of web mapping technologies and standards (OGC)\n-\nExperience working in agile development environments\nTechnical Skills:\n-\nESRI Products: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro,
