systems\nPlan and execute project budgets and service requests\nCoordinate audits, compliance, and security remediation activities\nManage AWS/GCC resources and infrastructure hosting\nLiaise with external vendors maintaining the systems to ensure delivery of Change Requests are on time and of quality\nEnsure business continuity for internet-facing eServices without any unplanned downtime out of maintenance period\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation\nLead cross-functional project teams and stakeholder management\nConduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution\nFacilitate project meetings, reviews, and governance processes\nPrepare project status reports and executive dashboards\nManage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality deliverables\nCoordinate user acceptance testing and system deployment activities\nEnsure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical & Domain:\nProject Management:\n Soft Skills:\n5+ years project management experience in government/public sector\nProven experience managing critical government systems operations\nIn-depth knowledge of Government IM8 policies and compliance frameworks\nExperience with AWS or GCC cloud infrastructure management\nBackground in managing internet-facing eServices\nExperience with government digital transformation initiatives \nExperience with authentication gateway integration, such as Active Directory and Singpass/Corppass\nExperience with payment gateway integration solutions (e.g. integrate with banks for various payment methods such as GIRO, PayNow etc) \nExperience with Financial Institutes or payment gateways (e.g. DBS, Stripe) \nPMP, CITPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience with contract management and procurement\nProven track record in budget management and resource planning\nRisk management and change management expertise\nStrong vendor management and contract oversight capabilities\nSecurity-focused mindset with remediation experience\nIndependent worker with strong self-help and research skills\nExcellent leadership and team coordination abilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAdditional Requirements\nMust be comfortable working in fast-paced, mission-critical environment\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nStrong commitment to maintaining system availability and
