a seasoned software engineer who views development as a \"team sport\" and takes deep pride in the craftsmanship, performance, and reliability of their work.\nTechnical Requirements\nProfessional Experience: * At least 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.\nProven track record of building and maintaining large-scale, high-availability software systems.\n (Good to have) Experience in public sector, legal, or highly regulated environments is advantageous.\nTech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript Typescript frontend development and TypeScript/Python for AI related back-end development.\nGenAI Development: Hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI)development, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG patterns, and building AI-driven features.\n\nInfrastructure & Cloud:\nStrong hands-on experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.\nProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines exclusively using GitLab CI within the SHIP-HATS ecosystem.\nLeadership & Soft Skills\nTechnical Maturity: A strong sense of ownership and the ability to
