As the function develops, there is room to build a dedicated team and grow into a Head of Content role with broader ownership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContent Coordination & Production\nBring visibility and structure to content produced across marketing teams\nAlign priorities, maintain a content backlog, and coordinate assignments\nEstablish workflows for briefing, production, review, approval, and delivery.\nWork with Brand, Design, Product, Performance Marketing, Business Development, and CRM to clarify requests and agree on deliverables.\nBalance planned work with ad hoc requests and take ownership of delivery.\nBrand Voice & Editorial Standards\nDevelop and apply a consistent tone of voice across channels and formats.\nCreate practical messaging guidelines, terminology, examples, and editorial checklists.\nReview contributors’ work for quality and consistency, and coordinate localisation to preserve meaning and tone.\nHands-on Writing & Editing\nWrite, edit, and improve content across landing pages, campaigns, CRM communications, articles, and other marketing channels.\nTurn financial topics, product information, and business briefs into clear, accurate, and engaging content for the intended audience.\nPartner with the Head of Design to ensure copy and visuals work together.\nWork with Compliance and subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy and meet regulatory requirements while keeping content readable.\nAI-Assisted Content Production\nUse AI for drafting, rewriting, editing, research support, and content adaptation.\nBuild reusable prompts, reference materials, and workflows to make production faster and more consistent.\nCritically review AI output for facts, structure, tone, and relevance, recognising where specialist input or substantial rewriting is needed.\nIdentify opportunities to automate routine tasks and scale content production.\nRequirements\nA strong hands-on background in copywriting, editing, UX writing, or a related content role, supported by a portfolio.\nExperience writing or editing financial content and the ability to explain financial topics accurately to different audiences.\nExcellent written English and strong editorial judgement across tone, structure, clarity, and messaging.\nExperience coordinating content delivery, contributors, and stakeholders, with the ability to build processes where they are still developing.\nPractical experience using AI for professional content work and critically evaluating its output.\nStrong prioritisation skills and willingness to combine substantial writing and editing with coordination and process improvement.\nPrevious people-management experience or a formal Lead title is not required. This role can suit a strong senior copywriter or editor ready to take on broader ownership.\nNice to Have\nExperience in crypto, trading, brokerage, or investment-related content.\nExperience developing tone-of-voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, or editorial standards.\nExperience working with Design and Compliance or Legal teams.\nExperience with multilingual content and localisation.\nExperience coordinating freelancers or agencies.\nExperience building AI-assisted workflows, prompt libraries, or quality checks.\nBasic scripting or automation skills.\n+\nPlease include a portfolio or relevant writing and editing samples with your application.\nThe process includes a recruiter conversation followed by an interview with the hiring manager, where we’ll discuss a few short practical cases together. We’ll ask you to review our products and selected landing pages beforehand.
