Guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth, we’re focused on growing our business, our reputation, and the career of every teammate.\nAbout the Role\nSupport accurate, timely payroll processing and effective HR operations by maintaining employee and payroll data, auditing records for accuracy and compliance, responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries, and delivering reporting that enables efficient HR and payroll administration across the employee lifecycle.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and off-cycle or holiday payroll requirements.\nAudit employee, payroll, and time records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain employee information including census, benefit, tax, and lien data within Workday.\nSupport HR Operations programs and processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.\nRespond to inquiries from employees, Human Resources, Finance, and third-party vendors, resolving issues promptly.\nSupport internal and external auditors with data, procedures, and compliance documentation.\nCreate and maintain reporting on payroll, hours worked, and benefits administration, meeting strict deadlines.\nAbout You\nKnowledge\nPayroll Processing and Compliance\nHR Operations and Employee Lifecycle\nTime, Attendance, and Leave Administration\nHR Data Management and Auditing\nWorkday and HR/Payroll Systems\nSkills\nMicrosoft Excel\nData Analysis\nReporting and Analysis\nOrganizational Skills\nCommunication\nTime Management\nAuditing\nMindsets\nConfidentiality\nDetail-Oriented\nAccountability\nContinuous Improvement\nCustomer Service\nCollaboration\nRequired or Recommended Education and/or Certifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Accounting preferred.\nFundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) recommended.\naPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP recommended; Workday and Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt training beneficial.\nRequired or Recommended Work Experience\nPayroll, Human Resources, or related experience beneficial.\nExperience with Workday and OSV preferred.\nTotal Rewards\nThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $50,869.60 - $63,587.00 + overtime\nPlease note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
