Guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth, we’re focused on growing our business, our reputation, and the career of every teammate.\nAbout the Role: Sr. Risk Analyst\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Analyst to help in promoting a culture of proactive risk awareness across all of Primient. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in risk assessment, insurance analysis, and the ability to develop strategies to mitigate risk. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance policies, industry regulations, and advanced risk modeling techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify control gaps, develop remediation plans, and monitor the implementation of controls. In addition this role will provide support in managing insurance policies, practices and compliance & reporting in order to efficiently manage and minimize the cost of premiums and fees.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and Implement Policies:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive risk management policies and procedures to ensure a robust framework.\nRisk Assessment & Analysis:\nLead and facilitate risk assessments at the enterprise level, including identifying and analyzing key risks in various areas such as operations, finance, cybersecurity, compliance, and strategic initiatives.\nDevelop and refine risk models and scenarios to evaluate the potential impact of risks on the organization’s objectives.\nRisk Mitigation Strategies:\nCollaborate with cross-functional committees/teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including recommending actions to address identified risks.\nEnsure that appropriate controls, policies, and procedures are in place to manage and mitigate risks.\nTraining and Culture Promotion:\nProvide comprehensive training to staff about risk management principles and practices.\nPromote a culture of risk awareness within the organization through regular communication and engagement activities.\nRisk Reporting & Documentation:\nPrepare detailed reports on risk profiles, risk mitigation plans, and ongoing risk monitoring activities for presentation to senior leadership and stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate records of risk assessments, evaluations, and mitigation actions.\nEnterprise Risk Framework & Tools:\nContribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework, tools, and processes.\nImplement best practices and stay current on industry trends and regulations related to risk management.\nCompliance Assurance:\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management. Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.\nInsurance Portfolio Management:\nAssist in managing the company's insurance portfolio, including property, liability, workers' compensation, professional indemnity, cyber, and other specialized policies.\nClaims Management:\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurance providers to manage claims and ensure effective resolution.\nAnalyze claims data and provide insights to improve the company’s risk profile and reduce future claims.\nCollaboration & Communication:\nBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure risk management initiatives are integrated into day-to-day operations.\nEducate and provide guidance to teams on risk management concepts, frameworks, and practices.\nAbout You\n Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.\nA Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CRM, ARM, or FRM) is highly preferred.\n Experience: 5+ years of experience in risk management\nExperience with risk assessment tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM).\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex risk scenarios.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex risk concepts into clear and actionable recommendations.\nHigh attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in insurance negotiations, selecting brokers and carriers, and managing claims administration. This experience should demonstrate the ability to manage risk transfer and insurance programs effectively.\nPrevious supervisory or project team experience, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, managing projects, and achieving organizational goals\nTechnical Proficiency:\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and risk management software/tools.\nMindsets:\nProactive & Strategic Thinker: Ability to foresee potential risks and develop forward-thinking strategies to mitigate them.\nDetail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision in identifying and analyzing risks, and developing risk mitigation plans.\nAdaptable & Resilient: Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and handle ambiguity with ease.\nTeam Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and levels of the organization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions\nExcellent communication and presentation skills: The ability to convey risk management concepts to diverse audiences\nTotal Rewards\nThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $90,476.00 - $135,714.00 and is bonus eligible.\nPlease note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
