If you seek an agile environment where curiosity, rapid adaptation, and technological evolution are actively lived, you will thrive with us.\nJoin our team and apply today on a remote-first basis as our new Solution Manager (m/f/d) Converged Security!\nYour Responsibilities\nProduct Development & Agile Delivery\nDefine, refine and document product features and enablers with clear customer value propositions and acceptance criteria.\n\nSupport backlog refinement and prioritisation activities within an agile SAFe® environment.\n\nParticipate in PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops together with Solution Managers, Product Owners and development teams.\n\nMonitor the success of released features using usage data, customer feedback and adoption metrics.\n\nReview prototypes, proof-of-concepts and release candidates during the development process.\n\nContribute to business cases and Lean Portfolio Management epics.\n\nCustomer & Market Discovery\nConduct customer interviews, discovery workshops and co-design sessions with customers, partners and system integrators.\n\nSupport pilot projects, including planning, testing, feedback collection and evaluation, as well as compliance with GDPR, NIS2 and relevant industry standards.\n\nParticipate in customer meetings and act as a technical product representative supporting Sales activities.\n\nMarket & Solution Strategy\nMonitor market developments, competitor activities and emerging technologies in physical security and access control.\n\nTranslate findings intocompliance with GDPR, NIS2 and relevant industry standards\n\nContribute to market entry strategies, positioning and pricing discussions together with Product Management and Marketing.\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\nCreate sales enablement materials such as presentations, demo scripts, product documentation and training content.\n\nDevelop articles, blog posts and thought leadership content for industry publications and company channels.\n\nCollaborate closely with international colleagues across Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Support.\n\nAI-Driven Product Management\nUse modern AI solutions to accelerate research, documentation, analysis and prototyping activities.\n\nApply AI-assisted tools responsibly while ensuring quality, validation and data protection compliance.\n\nExplore innovative approaches to product discovery and product development.\n\nRequirements\nKey Qualifications\nRequired Training: Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business & IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline with a technical focus\n\nProfessional Experience: 2 - 4 years of working experience in product management, technical consulting, software engineering, business analysis, or IoT/security solutions\n\nSpecific Knowledge:\nAI-Assisted Workflows: Practical experience using AI tools for research, drafting, synthesis, and rapid prototyping, paired with critical thinking, sound judgment, and responsible data handling.\n\nAgile Frameworks: Working knowledge of SAFe 6 or another scaled agile framework, including familiarity with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, Features, Stories and WSJF\n\nAtlassian Stack: Practical hands-on familiarity with Jira and Confluence.\n\nNice-to-have: Data skills, including SQL, Python or BI tools, and experience with rapid prototyping.\n\nLanguage Skills:\nFull professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level), written and spoken.\n\nFluent proficiency (written and spoken) in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, or Spanish.\n\nSoft Facts: High intellectual agility, strong curiosity, and the confidence to communicate effectively with engineers, executive stakeholders, and external customers alike.\n\nWillingness to Travel: Occasional travel to European group subsidiaries, customer facilities, and industry events\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAfter 6 Months\nYou independently manage the refinement of a defined set of product features.\n\nYou have conducted customer discovery sessions and translated insights into product requirements.\n\nYou have successfully contributed to at least one Program Increment (PI) cycle.\n\nYou have established a strong internal network across Product Management, R&D and Sales.\n\nAfter 12 Months\nYou have guided a product feature from initial hypothesis to measurable business outcome.\n\nYou are recognized as a subject matter expert for a specific market segment, customer group or competitor.\n\nYou actively influence product decisions based on customer insights and market intelligence.\n\nWhat We Offer\nProtect what matters - Powered by People.
