Then join our team and apply today for this 100% remote position as Solution Manager - Workforce Optimization & Compliance (m/f/d)!\nYour Responsibilities\nStrategic Responsibility\nFurther development of our workforce management portfolio\n\nDefinition of target architectures and solution components\n\nDevelopment of SaaS and vertical solution concepts\n\nCompliance & Regulation\nEnsuring compliance with working time laws (DE/EU), collective agreements, and industry- or KRITIS-specific requirements\n\nContinuous monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of relevant legal/regulatory changes, as well as initiating and supporting the implementation of required adjustments or new features in our workforce management solutions\n\nDefinition of functional requirements for R&D\n\nSupport for audit and compliance requirements\n\nWorkforce Optimization\nDevelopment of efficient shift and deployment models\n\nAnalysis and optimization of personnel costs\n\nDefinition of relevant KPIs and analytics concepts\n\nSupport in simulations and scenario modeling\n\nIntegration & System Architecture\nCollaborate with Engineering in designing interfaces to HR, ERP, time and attendance, and access control systems\n\nClarify requirements for data structures and information exchanges between systems with Engineering, to support the definition of APIs and data models\n\nPresales & Customer Consulting\nSupport with complex tenders\n\nConducting workshops with key accounts\n\nCreation of business cases and value arguments\n\nRequirements\nKey Qualifications\nProfessional Qualifications\nDegree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field\n\nSeveral years of experience (at least 5-8 years) in the areas of workforce management, HR IT systems, time & attendance, or operations management\n\nProfessional Competencies\nIn-depth knowledge of working time regulations (EU)\n\nExperience with collective agreement logic and company agreements\n\nUnderstanding of HR and ERP systems\n\nExperience with integration architectures (APIs, data models)\n\nStrong analytical skills\n\nExperience in KPI definition and efficiency analysis\n\nVery good English language skills, both written and spoken\n\nWhat Sets You Apart\nStrategic thinking and strong execution skills\n\nHigh sensitivity to regulatory requirements\n\nAbility to structure and articulate complex requirements clearly\n\nExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset and strong affinity for SaaS\n\nYour Benefits\nWhat makes working with us great?\nWe take care of you while you take care of your business!
