They begin as a general interface to the business, then learn from incoming traffic and create specialized agents to handle recurring workflows.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn the product through which non-technical teams create and operate agents. We let someone define a business outcome, deploy an agent, and improve it without ever seeing the engineering underneath. This role owns that abstraction across product, design, frontend, and backend.\nWhat you bring\nYou have built and shipped polished user-facing products end to end\nYou are an excellent frontend engineer and can work across the backend when needed\nYou can turn complicated systems and ambiguous customer needs into simple software\nNice to have\nExperience making technical systems accessible to non-technical users\nExperience with agents, workflow automation, or developer infrastructure\nFormer founder\nCompensation\n$190k-$230k base salary plus equity.
