This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring operational processes are standardized, scalable, documented, and aligned with company objectives.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong process mapping and documentation skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, and experience supporting ERP systems in environments with complex customer requirements, production workflows, inventory controls, and supply chain processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Process Analysis & Design\nAnalyze current business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, customer service, engineering, and quality functions.\nFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify business requirements, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\nDesign future-state business processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and customer service.\nDevelop and maintain process maps, workflows, SIPOC diagrams, value stream maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nEnsure process documentation remains current and reflects operational best practices.\nLead process standardization efforts across departments and acquisitions.\nEpicor ERP Support & Optimization\nAct as a functional resource for Epicor ERP modules including: \nManufacturing\nProduction Management\nScheduling\nInventory Control\nProcurement\nCustomer Service\nFinance\nQuality Management\nPartner with business leaders to identify ERP enhancement opportunities and drive system adoption.\nTranslate business requirements into Epicor configurations, workflows, dashboards, BAQs, reports, and automation solutions.\nSupport ERP upgrades, testing, implementation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist with troubleshooting business process and system issues.\nDevelop and maintain ERP-related documentation, training materials, and user guides.\nContract Manufacturing Process Improvement\nSupport processes related to: Make-to-order manufacturing, Contract and private-label manufacturing, Customer-specific requirements, Product cost tracking, Job management, Production scheduling, Inventory management, Lot traceability, and Quality assurance.\nEvaluate production and operational workflows to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance data accuracy.\nWork closely with operations leadership to improve ERP utilization across manufacturing and warehouse functions.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process simplification.\nRequirements Gathering & Documentation\nGather and document functional and business requirements.\nCreate business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and process narratives.\nServe as liaison between business teams, ERP administrators, developers, consultants, and third-party vendors.\nFacilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions meet business requirements.\nMaintain change management documentation and process controls.\nReporting & Data Analysis\nAnalyze operational and ERP data to identify trends, process bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop KPIs and dashboards supporting manufacturing performance.\nSupport management reporting for production, inventory, quality, and customer service metrics.\nTraining & Change Management\nDevelop training materials and standardized procedures.\nTrain users on new processes, system functionality, and best practices.\nSupport change management efforts for process improvements and ERP initiatives.\nServe as a champion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nEducation & Experience\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or related field.\n3-7 years of Business Analyst experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience developing SOP documentation. \nExperience supporting ERP systems, preferably Epicor ERP.\nStrong business process mapping and documentation skills.\nExperience gathering and documenting business requirements.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, procurement, and production planning.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred\nEpicor ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and report development.\nLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.\nProject management experience.\nExperience supporting acquisitions, ERP implementations, or business integration projects.\nSuccess Measures\nStandardize and document key business processes across the organization.\nImprove Epicor ERP utilization and data quality.\nReduce manual processes through automation and workflow improvements.\nIncrease operational efficiency within manufacturing and supply chain functions.\nDeliver accurate process documentation that supports training, compliance, and scalability.\nAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on process
