Certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards, we combine quality, innovation, and growth-minded thinking to deliver real value.\nJob Summary\nThe Application Analyst supports and improves the organization’s Epicor Kinetic ERP and business intelligence solutions.\nServing as a bridge between business users and IT, this role translates requirements into sustainable system and reporting solutions, including Epicor support, BAQs, dashboards, Application Studio, reporting, data analysis, configuration, KPIs, and automation. The successful candidate combines technical expertise with strong business analysis and focuses on the desired outcome before developing or modifying a solution.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nEpicor ERP Administration & Support\nProvide functional and technical support for Epicor Kinetic, troubleshooting issues across configuration, data, customizations, integrations, security, reporting, and business processes. \nConfigure and improve Epicor processes; develop and support BAQs, dashboards, Application Studio, Functions, BPMs, reports, and other enhancements. \nPartner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify root causes, and deliver maintainable solutions using Epicor capabilities, automation, or system enhancements. \nSupport upgrades, patches, testing, security, access, integrations, vendors, and technical documentation. \nBusiness Intelligence & Dashboard Development\nDesign and support dashboards, reports, visualizations, and automated analytics using Epicor BAQs, EDD, SQL, and approved BI platforms. \nDefine requirements, KPIs, metrics, and calculations with stakeholders, and validate reporting logic and data accuracy. \nResolve reporting and data-quality issues by tracing results to source transactions, configuration, and underlying data. \nSimplify manual or redundant reporting and support approved integrations between Epicor and other business applications. \nData Management & Analytics\nExtract, analyze, and validate data from Epicor and related business systems.\nMaintain data integrity and governance standards.\nDevelop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support business needs.\nSupport data reconciliation and audit requests.\nAssist with data migration and system integration projects.\nUser Training & Change Management\n Work with users to understand processes and translate business needs into effective technical and functional solutions. \nTrain users on Epicor, dashboards, reporting tools, and enhancements; maintain end-user documentation and knowledge resources. \nServe as a subject matter resource and promote effective use of existing capabilities before introducing custom solutions. \nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.\nEquivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\n3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Epicor.\nExperience developing dashboards and reports using Epicor Data Discovery (EDD), or similar platforms.\nExperience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.\nStrong understanding of business processes including finance, supply chain, inventory, production, and customer service.\nTechnical Skills\nEpicor Kinetic administration and support, including BAQs, dashboards, and Application Studio. \nIntermediate to advanced SQL, relational databases, ERP data structures, reporting, and data visualization. \nCompetencies\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nCollaborative and customer-service-oriented mindset.\nContinuous improvement mentality.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEpicor Functions, BPMs, REST APIs, and Epicor Data Discovery. \nSSRS or other reporting platforms, ETL, data integration, and API-based integrations. \nManufacturing and job costing, source control, and structured software-development practices. \nAdvanced Epicor Kinetic experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment. \nExperience with manufacturing KPIs and financial, costing, inventory, production, purchasing, and order-management data. \nExperience with integrations, automation, upgrades, implementations, migrations, or major system improvements. \nBenefits\nPaid vacation and holidays \nMedical, Dental, & Vision Plans\nShort and Long Term Disability Plans\n401(k) Retirement Plan with strong employer match\nCompany paid life insurance & AD&D\nPartial tuition reimbursement for job related classes\nPPE reimbursement\nYour specific benefits package will depend on your position, location, and years of service with Prince\nCompensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)\nDue to ITAR regulations, only U.S. persons-defined as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and U.S. nationals-are eligible for this position.\n*We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (\"EEO\") Employer.
