Certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards, we combine quality, innovation, and growth-minded thinking to deliver real value.\nJob Summary:\nThe Quality Inspector/CMM Operator will use various inspection methods and tools to ensure product and process compliance with customer, company, and regulatory standards, including AS9100 requirements.\nSecond Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am (4-10s)\nResponsibilities:\nFirst Article Inspections and the overall conformity of our products.\nAssures customer satisfaction by measuring product conformity to Customer Specifications and Engineering Drawings.\nUpholds Prince’s Core Values and our AS9100 D Quality Management System\nProcess inspections utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines and all inspection hand gauging including but not limited to, micrometers, thread gauges, dial indicators, calipers, height gauges, etc.\nMaintains a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures and complying with all applicable regulations.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nRobust knowledge of GD&T, blueprint, and spec interpretation.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nFundamental mechanical and mathematical inspection knowledge.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nAbility to perform all the Mechanical Quality Inspection responsibilities.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAS9100 D Quality Management System - Trained.\nGeometric Characteristic, GD&T - Trained.\n5 years’ experience in precision aerospace CNC machined products. \nExperience operating/programming CMM is a plus\nPhysical Job Requirements:\nRegularly required to stand and reach the duration of shift, 8-10 hours.\nOccasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.\nFrequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycles work.\nRegularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.\nUnderstands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.\nStrong work ethic: Willing to work OT to meet tight deadlines as needed.\nBenefits\nPaid vacation and holidays\nMedical, Dental, & Vision Plans\nShort and Long Term Disability Plans\n401(k) Retirement Plan with strong employer match\nCompany paid life insurance & AD&D\nPartial tuition reimbursement for job relation classes\nPPE reimbursement\nYour specific benefits package will depend on your position, location, and years of service with Prince.\nCompensation: $26 - $28/hr (based on experience)\nDue to ITAR regulations, only U.S. persons-defined as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and U.S. nationals-are eligible for this position.\n*We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (\"EEO\") Employer.
