Certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, and AS9100 standards, we combine quality, innovation, and growth-minded thinking to deliver real value.\nJob Summary:\nIssues, receives, and stores hand tools, machine tools, cams, materials, and other equipment in industrial establishment by performing the following duties regularly.\nShift Hours: 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nReceives, verifies, and records all incoming tools and equipment daily.\nGenerates purchase requisitions for low inventory items and requests items to be reordered based on usage.\nReports potentially excessive item usage to department supervisor.\nInspects and measures tools and equipment for defects and wear and reports damage or wear to supervisors.\nIssues and receives tools and other equipment to workers.\nMaintains records of tools and equipment that are issued and returned.\nLocates lost or misplaced tools and equipment while running cycle counts to verify inventory.\nPrepares monthly reports and distributes them to department supervisor (i.e., inventory evaluation report, usage report, open purchase requisition report, etc.).\nIdentifies, Repairs, services, and lubricates tools and equipment as needed.\nIdentifies and recognizes necessary tooling required using ANSI/ISO Tooling Nomenclature.\nCompletes all related paperwork as required for the job.\nDelivers tools or equipment to workers when appropriate.\nUnderstands and follows Prince Industries quality certifications (i.e., ISO, QS) as relates to position.\nUnderstands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.\nFrequently reviews all correspondence (i.e., voice mail messages, emails, faxes, mail) and responds to all requests in a timely manner.\nMaintains good housekeeping in assigned work area.\nAdditional duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.\nRequired Skills and Attributes:\nRead and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nWrite routine reports and correspondence in a legible manner.\nPerform basic shop math calculations.\nPossess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels within the company.\nGood computer skills to input data and perform PC inquiry.\nKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within tooling field and related machine operation.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED).\n1-3 years minimum related work experience or formal training\nPhysical Job Requirements:\nRegularly required to stand and reach the duration of shift, 8-10 hours.\nOccasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.\nFrequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycles work.\nRegularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.\nUnderstands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.\nBenefits:\nPaid vacation and holidays\nMedical, Dental, & Vision Plans\nShort and Long Term Disability Plans\n401(k) Retirement Plan with strong employer match\nCompany paid life insurance & AD&D\nPartial tuition reimbursement for job relation classes\nPPE reimbursement\nYour specific benefits package will depend on your position, location, and years of service with Prince.\nCompensation: $20-24/hr\nDue to ITAR regulations, only U.S. persons-defined as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), and U.S. nationals-are eligible for this position.\n*We are an Equal Employment Opportunity (\"EEO\") Employer.
