With big plans ahead, we're always on the hunt for new talent to join our global team.\nThe Inbound Supervisor oversees inbound logistics, 3PL operations, reverse logistics, and quality control to ensure inventory moves efficiently and accurately through the distribution center. This role coordinates deliveries and receiving appointments, monitors inbound and returns KPIs, resolves inventory and receiving discrepancies, and partners with warehouses, carriers, vendors, customer service, QC, and 3PL teams to address operational issues.\nThe position also manages customer returns, ensures accurate inspection and grading of returned inventory, coordinates quality and compliance investigations, and supports vendor chargebacks and damaged/quality-fail inventory dispositions. Additionally, the Inbound Supervisor identifies process gaps, analyzes operational data, and supports continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, productivity, workflow efficiency, and customer experience.\nInbound 3PL Management\nCoordinate inbound deliveries and appointments with logistics team, carriers and 3PL partner\nPartner with warehouse to ensure timely and accurate receiving\nInvestigate receiving discrepancies and work with planning, vendors, carriers and 3PL to resolve issues\nMonitor inbound KPIs such as on time delivery, dock to stock, appointment compliance, receiving accuracy\nCommunicate daily inbound priorities and exception to relevant internal stakeholders\nReverse Logistics\nCoordinate daily flow of customer returns into the distribution center\nMonitor returns volumes and processing timelines to ensure returns are within SLA\nPartner with QC to maintain a high standard of return to stock items. Ensure inventory is accurately inspected and graded\nPartner with customer service team on returns exceptions (missing, damaged, incorrect items)\nIdentify trends in returns discrepancies and work cross functionally to improve overall returns rate\nQuality Control Operations\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, vendor shipping shortages, and recurring customer return reasons\nManage chargebacks and vendor non-compliance documentation when inbound shipments fail to meet our brand's strict packaging and product specifications.\nCoordinate final dispositions for damaged, returns, or quality-fail stock\nPartner with 3PL to conduct physical inspections shipments for fabric defects, stitching consistency, hardware functionality (zippers, snaps), sizing accuracy, and proper ticketing/packaging\nContinuous Improvement & Innovation\nIdentify opportunities to improve Inventory accuracy, productivity, workflow, and customer outcomes\nUse operational data, investigation findings, and team feedback to identify root causes and solutions\nSupport the implementation of process, system, and workflow improvements\nContribute to continuous improvement projects and provide practical floor-level insight\nCapabilities & Experience\n2-3+ years' experience in Inventory, fulfilment, warehouse, or DC operations\nStrength in team leadership, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, Shopify, Google Suite, Inventory Planner and communication tools to oversee and optimise Inventory processes\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret stock trends and drive process improvements\nKnowledge of compliance, safety (WHS), and inventory management practices relevant to stock control.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team\nQualities & Attributes\nProactive and accountable\nHighly organised and detail-oriented\nCalm and solutions-focused under pressure\nConfident communicator and team supporter\nData-driven and improvement-focused\nCustomer-focused\nLeads by example\nComfortable taking ownership and making decisions\nKey Collaboration Points\n3PL Team -
