Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality are tightly managed. Partner with Finance, Procurement, and other relevant stakeholders to prioritise enhancements aligned to business outcomes.\nIntegration & Data Flow Management\nLead the design, development, and delivery of integrations between SaaS platforms and surrounding systems. Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable data flows across finance, procurement, and reporting processes. Govern integration standards, error handling, monitoring, and documentation.\n\nProject & Programme Management\nManage multiple concurrent projects using structured delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall as appropriate). Own project plans, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, change control, and steering group updates. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and vendor deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.\n\nAI & Intelligent Automation Enablement\nIdentify and implement AI-enabled use cases across SaaS platforms, such as forecasting, support for business development, anomaly detection, intelligent approvals, spend analytics, and automated reconciliations. Partner with internal teams and vendors to embed AI responsibly into business workflows.\n\nVendor & Partner Management\nAct as the primary IT delivery interface for SaaS vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners. Manage vendor performance, delivery quality, and adherence to contractual SLAs. Coordinate issue resolution, roadmap alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nGovernance, Controls & Quality Assurance\nEnsure application implementations, enhancements and integrations comply with IT governance, security, and data protection standards. Coordinate testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Maintain clear documentation, release notes, and operational handover artefacts.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\n7–10 years of experience in IT project management with a strong focus on SaaS enterprise applications implementations and enhancements.\nStrong experience delivering system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, data pipelines).\nProven track record managing vendors and system integrators.
