This role ensures high availability, security, scalability and compliance of servers, storage, virtualization, operating systems, data center facilities and end-user computing services. \n\nYour Job Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement IT infrastructure strategies and plans that support business objectives.\nLead and manage IT infrastructure operations including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, security and data center environments.\nEnsure high availability, performance, capacity planning and disaster recovery readiness.\n Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, identity and access management. \nOversee End User Computing (EUC) services including desktops, laptops, MDM, patching and endpoint security.\nDevelop and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures and standards aligned with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC and other regulatory requirements.\nManage vendors, contracts, licensing and support agreements.\nPlan and manage infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations and new deployments.\nMonitor infrastructure health, incidents and problem management using ITSM tools.\nPrepare budgets, forecasts and reports for infrastructure-related costs and performance metrics.\nLead, mentor and develop a team of data center infrastructure professionals.\nCollaborate with Operations Team (Technical & Automation) and business teams to ensure integrated solutions. \n\nQualities You Should Have:\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.\n8–12 years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructure environment, including leadership responsibilities.\nStrong experience in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization and storage technologies.\nHands-on experience with backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.\nExperience supporting data center operations and critical environments.\nFamiliarity with ITIL practices and ITSM tools.\nProfessional certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, VMware or Security certifications are an advantage.\nStrong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent in problem solving and root-cause analysis.\nAbility to articulate and explain technical concepts to non-technical trained stakeholder. \n\nBy submitting this application for employment to PDG, you hereby acknowledge that you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure (to relevant third parties) of your personal data by us for the purposes of evaluating this application [and for other potential vacancies in the future].
