opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability within accounts.\nContribute to agency-level operational planning and resourcing strategies.\nCraft Leadership\nServe as the discipline lead for Project Management, setting standards, processes, and best practices across the team.\nMentor project managers and senior project managers, helping them grow their skills and careers.\nLead knowledge-sharing sessions, tools training, and play a central role in upholding project management excellence at P10.\nStrategic Influence\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, helping align project execution with business objectives.\nProvide thought leadership on process optimization, workflow design, and cross-functional collaboration.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in communications, business, project management, or related field.\n\n6-10 years of experience in project management within a pharmaceutical marketing agency.\n\nProven success leading large, cross-functional client programs and managing high-value accounts.\n\nDeep knowledge of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) processes in the US and/or Canada.\n\nExceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.\n\nStrong financial acumen with experience in account forecasting and margin management.\n\nExpertise with project management systems and tools.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first
