requirements analysis, development, testing, documentation, knowledge management, and operational support.\nChampion engineering productivity initiatives by integrating AI-powered tools into daily delivery workflows.\nEnable teams to measure and demonstrate business value generated through AI and automation investments.\n\nEngineering Productivity, Metrics & Outcomes\n\nEstablish and drive engineering productivity and operational excellence metrics across teams.\nUtilize Developer Experience (DX) and Engineering Excellence frameworks to improve developer effectiveness, system reliability, quality, and delivery predictability.\nLeverage engineering insights and platform metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve value stream flow, and increase team efficiency.\nDrive adoption of data-driven decision making using engineering, delivery, quality, and operational KPIs.\nContinuously evaluate and improve team performance through actionable metrics and measurable outcomes.\nPromote automation-first approaches to reduce manual effort, improve scalability, and accelerate time-to-market.\nEstablish outcome-based goals focused on customer value, business impact, delivery effectiveness, and engineering excellence.\n\nPeople Leadership\n\nLead, coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent across multiple teams.\nDrive employee engagement, retention, succession expertise, and business acumen.\nAlign engineering initiatives with business objectives and customer outcomes.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n\nServe as a key BOS leadership representative within the Hyderabad location.\nSupport Hyderabad location strategy, workforce growth, employee engagement, leadership visibility, and organizational development.\nPartner with local and global leaders to strengthen BOS presence and leadership effectiveness within the Hyderabad engineering organization.\nDrive local leadership forums, employee connect initiatives, and organizational health activities.\n\nWho You Are\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n10-14 years of technology industry experience with progressive responsibilities in software engineering, technology delivery, or engineering management.\n3+ years of people leadership experience leading engineering teams.\nExperience leading multiple Agile delivery teams in a complex enterprise environment.\nProven experience managing performance reviews, talent development, goal setting, and employee mentoring.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple locations.\nExperience assisting with location strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth initiatives.\nExperience presenting to senior leadership teams and portfolio governance forums.\nExperience managing large-scale transformation or organizational change programs.\nSolid grasp of
