At Principal, we are searching for a Delivery Manager to lead our Content Management, Integration Platform, and API Platform Enablement engineering teams.\n\nThis is an outstanding opportunity to drive end-to-end delivery, ensure platform reliability, and introduce modernization strategies across our enterprise-wide digital platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Delivery & Execution Leadership : Own the end-to-end delivery process, from planning and execution to ensuring SLA adherence.\n\n- Platform Ownership : Take charge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Integration platforms, and API ecosystems, including Apigee and AWS API Gateway.\n\n- Modernization : Lead initiatives in cloud adoption, EKS, automation, and platform transformation to ensure our technological edge.\n\n- Collaborator Management : Interface seamlessly with business, product, and global leadership to set shared goals and objectives.\n\n- People Leadership : Coordinate team management, succession planning, and capability building to foster growth and excellence.\n\n- Vendor Management : Ensure vendors meet delivery expectations and adhere to SLAs.\n\n- Governance : Maintain metrics, reporting, and access to guarantee transparent delivery processes.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 12 -
