You'll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, lead a team of skilled engineers, and make a significant impact on our business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nServe as a lead in both technical and delivery aspects, concentrating on project and resource management.\nEffectively influence, direct, and monitor project work, ensuring alignment with business strategies.\nIndependently handle production incidents reported by business partners, providing resolutions within defined SLAs and coordinating with other teams as necessary.\nApply your working knowledge of AWS projects.\nApply your expertise in Java, especially Spring Boot, Advanced Java concepts, and APIs.\nCollaborate effectively within the team, across business areas, and with other levels.\nDevelop a strong understanding of the business and support decision-making with excellent business communication skills.\nManage projects successfully, including identifying necessary resources, establishing deadlines, and ensuring accountability.\nEffectively resolve conflicts and maintain a good understanding of development frameworks and organizational procedures.\nChallenge existing ideas, methods, guidelines, and procedures to promote innovation.\nServe as a point of escalation and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.\nSupport performance evaluations and mentor team members through both formal and informal channels.\nEnsure the team adheres to standard processes and procedures, consistently improving by exceeding day-to-day performance expectations.\n\nQualifications\n\nMust-Have Qualifications\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related subject area (B.E. / B.Tech / M.S. / M.Tech / MCA).\nTechnical Skills:\nSolid understanding of Java Development and Versioning Tools such as Git and Maven.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Build Tools like Bamboo/Jenkins/Hudson.\n\nProficiency in advanced database concepts (PL SQL and SQL).\n\nExperience with API gateway and Java Shared Libraries.\n\nExposure to Atlassian Tools like JIRA/Confluence.\n\nInstallation, Configuration, and Integration of tools for development environments.\n\nUnderstanding of application server technology, specifically Tomcat.\nOther Skills:\nAWS and Java development experience.\n\nExposure to Typescript is a plus.\n\nExperience with Unix administration or shell scripting.\n\nHigh competence, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.\n\nGood experience in estimation methodologies.\n\nExcellent communication and time management skills.\n\nAbility to solve problems, think analytically, and make decisions effectively.\n\nSelf-motivated and able to facilitate collaboration.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nWhy Join Us\n\nWe offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can thrive and grow.
