Your work will ensure that our products are not only valuable, viable, and usable but also exceptionally impactful!\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nProduct Strategy:\n\n- Define and manage product strategy, ensuring it aligns with our Enterprise Data and Analytics strategies.\n\n- Integrate business, customer, user, and partner insights to identify high-impact opportunities for data-driven decision-making.\n\n- Ensure that relationships and dependencies with other products and teams are clearly understood and work to integrate strategies through shared objectives.\n\n- Complete the strategy as part of a dedicated product team.\n\nProduct Discovery:\n\n- Understand and define key business outcomes and requirements for the product.\n\n- Partner with analysts and engineers to evaluate feasibility and business value of use cases, drawing out insights and sharing findings with key partners and team members.\n\n- Clearly present hypotheses and guide the product team in generating ideas and conducting experiments.\n\n- Facilitate prioritization of work based on feasibility, business value, and alignment with strategic goals.\n\n- Operate and improve an effective parallel discovery and delivery model.\n\nProduct Delivery:\n\n- Collaborate with technology and non-technology partners to ensure successful product delivery.\n\n- Work with the team to remove impediments that may hinder value creation.\n\n- Break down work to enable frequent release of valuable product changes.\n\n- Ensure the product team possesses the necessary context to address problems effectively and efficiently.\n\n- Play the role of product owner, collaborating on story creation and refinement, definition, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and acceptance of work as done.\n\n- Ensure the team has effective and efficient agile ceremonies and agreements with interdependent teams.\n\n- Communicate product releases to collaborators and partners.\n\nProduct Assessment:\n\n- Ensure every goal-aligned unit of value built by the team(s) is measurable and shows progress towards objectives.\n\n- Monitor and communicate product health, impact of product releases, and progress against product goals.\n\n- Ensure the product team(s) apply data to gauge performance and inform strategic revision and discovery.\n\n- Be accountable for meeting product outcomes.\n\nCollaborator Management And Communication:\n\n- Collaborate with business leaders and finance to manage budget, go-to-market strategy, etc.\n\n- Communicate key information (strategy, priorities, plans, experiments, results, etc.) regarding the product(s) with collaborators.\n\n- Communicate effectively as a member of the product management group supporting a broader product family or portfolio.\n\n- Work with collaborators to understand and improve change.\n\nProduct Leadership:\n\n- Serve as a resource to Associate Product Managers as they develop product experience, knowledge, and skills.\n\n- Find opportunities to improve product management practice within your sphere of responsibility and act to continuously improve.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Minimum 9 years of pertinent experience in Product Management related responsibilities.\n\n- Strong data analytics and visualization expertise.\n\n- Proven practical experience in managing product lifecycles and planning roadmaps.\n\n- Sound understanding of the financial product distribution domain.\n\n- Experience working in a product setting and familiarity with the Product Manager position.\n\n- Experience in critical thinking and decision-making within a professional environment.\n\n- Experience coordinating multiple workloads and/or competing priorities in a professional context.\n\n- Collaborator and relationship management experience in a professional context.\n\n- Proven ability to lead, influence, and negotiate within a professional team setting.\n\n- Experience bringing to
