O&M Wind Plant Supervisor Assistant (Fthiotida)

Principia is seeking an O&M Wind Plant Supervisor Assistant in Fthiotida, Central Greece.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in on-site operation and maintenance activities for wind plants in Central Greece, and support other power plants when required
• Monitor wind plant performance and operational efficiency, and prepare related performance reports
• Supervise contractors and manage on-site activities, ensuring proper coordination with local stakeholders (e.g., PPC, municipalities, local contractors, suppliers)
• Ensure full compliance with company HSQ (Health, Safety & Quality) policies and procedures
• Contribute to O&M projects, including initiatives aimed at improving plant performance, efficiency, and sustainability goals
• Operate and handle medium and low voltage electrical equipment, and respond to incidents requiring on-site physical intervention
• Support administrative and operational processes such as warehouse and spare parts management, procurement activities, and budget preparation/monitoring

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in wind plant operation and maintenance
• Good command of the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license
• High level of flexibility and willingness for periodic travel and overnight stays at project sites
• Ability to work in demanding environments, including rough terrain and adverse weather conditions
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools
• Based in Fthiotida
