You will bring specialized skills, customer focus, problem solving & multi-tasking skills, passion for technology & best practice sharing, and a proven track record for delivering results.\nResponsibilities\n1st level support (basic inquiries, user guidance, report delivery) via e-mail and phone\n2nd level support (advanced troubleshooting, inventory control management skills, payments)\nCustomer onboarding\nOpening user accounts, preparation and installation of devices\nHandover of devices and initial training of new clients for working with the company’s software solutions\nReceiving and testing returned devices after the end of the rental period, receiving devices for service in case of damage, and preparing accompanying documentation\nDevice logistics and coordination (DPD shipping)\nEscalation to 3rd level when required\nUpdating user manuals when necessary\nQA - Testing the functionality of the company’s software solutions from the user perspective\nRequirements\nHigh school Degree\nUnderstanding of basic IT systems such as MS Office, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly \nCommunication skills, able to deal with customers on the phone or email in a calm and professional way \nKnowledge of Fiscal platform rules (optional) \nCroatian Language knowledge is a must\nWork experience as dispatcher or relevant position -
