This is a senior software product role in our Product organization, where software, physical operations, and hardware meet. You will not run production. You will build the systems our facilities run on, used every day by thousands of operators, technicians, inventory specialists, and managers.\nTo do this well, you will learn our production environments in depth: how our tools work with equipment and workflows, and how digital systems turn into real operational results. A core part of the job is connecting merchant and end customer needs with internal operations, solving problems for the people we serve by improving and automating the processes behind the scenes. You will shape how we use data and hardware (scanners, printers, and more) to improve speed, quality, and cost.\nYou will own complex domains, drive strategy and roadmaps across one or more teams, and set a high bar for how product work gets done.
