This role reviews project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provides timely insights to support client performance and quality outcomes.\nThe Project Coordinator collaborates closely with QPR Project Managers, team members, clients, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure QPR services are delivered in accordance with PDC and IAED standards, established processes, and contractual requirements. The role supports project planning, reporting, risk identification, action planning, resource coordination, and issue escalation while maintaining accurate project documentation and promoting consistent, high-quality service delivery.\nMajor Responsibilities:\nCoordinates project tasks and deliverables for designated QPR teams and projects, tracking progress, deadlines, and completion to ensure project activities remain on schedule. Maintains and updates Teamwork (TW) templates and project task structures as needed.\nPrepares, analyzes, and delivers contracted client reports in accordance with established QPR requirements and timelines. Develops and maintains project documentation, training materials, and procedural updates as needed.\nCoordinates project status communications with QPR teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders through scheduled calls, video meetings, and written communication. Tracks action items and follows up on outstanding needs.\nSupports implementation planning and project readiness by coordinating customer meetings related to QPR services and technical requirements. Verifies that required technical and operational components are in place prior to service initiation.\nFacilitates cross-functional communication between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project status, changes, deliverables, and key decisions are communicated effectively.\nAssists with incident identification and resolution, coordinating with QPR clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to identify issues, facilitate resolution, and escalate matters requiring management intervention.\nSupports QPR calibration and quality initiatives by participating in calibration activities, monitoring inter-rater variability, and assisting with the collection and organization of performance data.\nAssists with team performance reporting by preparing recurring and ad hoc reports that track task timeliness, project performance, workload, and other operational metrics for assigned QPR teams.\nMaintains comprehensive project records, including meeting notes, action items, risks, change requests, project status updates, and other documentation necessary to support project continuity and accountability.\nPartners with Project Managers and project team members to coordinate project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements.\nIdentifies and communicates project risks, delays, resource constraints, and other potential barriers that may impact project timelines, quality, or client experience. Escalates concerns to the appropriate Project Manager or QPR leadership and supports follow-up actions as directed.\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Experience:\nA bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Leadership, or a related field or equivalent experience in managing teams or projects. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus. \n\nInternational Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED), Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD), Emergency Fire Dispatch (EFD), or Emergency Police Dispatch (EPD) Certified\nCurrent Emergency Dispatch Triple (EMD, EFD, and EPD) ED-Q certification (or certified within 6 months of job acceptance)\nRequires Successful completion of the QPR/PDC Training, including all elements and requirements of the PDC Contractor Academy, either before hire or within the first year of hire.\nCredit will be given for work experience equivalent to the required education.\nPreferences:\n2-4 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.\nExperience with project management software (e.g., Teamwork Project, Salesforce, Wrike, Smartsheet) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).\nExperience in problem-solving, interpreting complex data elements, articulating findings, and providing solutions in high-stress work environments. \nExperience as a PDC Contractor with QPR in a Mentor and/or Analyst Role.\nProject administration experience in an emergency dispatch call center setting\nCurrent or previous Emergency Dispatcher - Quality (ED-Q) Instructor certification.\nKnowledge of internal processes and company mission/values.\nSkills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in data analysis and reporting.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAttention to detail across multiple projects. \nAbility to analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions.\nFlexibility in responding to changing project requirements and priorities.\nAbility to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nA positive approach to proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.\nPhysical Requirements/Essential Job Functions\nAbility to represent Academy, Company, and Discipline-Specific standards during high-stress and occasionally tense discussions with client representatives in a manner that fosters understanding and willingness to work through any areas of differing opinion.\nStrong ability to articulate and communicate thoughts and ideas in written and verbal formats.\nCreative ability to develop new tools, resources, and enhancements to benefit coworkers, contractors, and end users.\nStrategic thinking to anticipate client and departmental needs as new changes or updates to PDS protocols emerge.\nAbility to think and work independently.\nThis typical office job requires sitting for long periods at a desk, occasionally moving, standing, and walking.
