This role operates on a hybrid work model.\nMajorResponsibilities\nDesign and develop scalable, reusable, secure, and maintainable softwaresolutions.\nLead the implementation of complex features and resolve high-impact technicalissues.\nDefine and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.\nOptimize system performance and scalability through code and architecture improvements.\nWork closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA and UX/UI.\nGuide and mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical challenges.\nConduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence tostandards.\nLeverage agentic AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode, etc.) to design, build, and refactor software, and rigorously review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.\nShare knowledge and promote continuous learning within the team.\nTake ownership of technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and successfuldelivery.\nBreak down complex tasks into smaller, manageable components for theteam.\nIdentify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them during project planning.\nStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.\nPropose and implement innovative solutions to improve processes, tools, and overall codebase quality.\nPromote the adoption of new tools, frameworks, or methodologies to enhance development efficiency.\nDesign, build, and maintain software that captures and processes mirrored SIP trunk traffic (via switch SPAN/port-mirror), including SIP signaling parsing and RTP stream reconstruction into call audio.\nDevelop audio-handling components, including codec decoding/encoding (e.g., G.711), audio file formats, and the extraction and storage of call metadata.\nImplement real-time delivery mechanisms (e.g., WebSockets, gRPC, WebRTC) for live audio consumption.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nEducation and/or Experience\nStrong back-end development expertise in C# (.NET / ASP.NET Core) and Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django), with the ability to design and build robust, secure APIs and services. Equivalent depth in another modern back-end stack will also be considered.\nSolid understanding of database and data-layer design, including relational databases, data modeling, and writing efficient, well-structured queries.\nProficiency with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript front-end framework (such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue), including component architecture, state management, routing, server-side rendering, and data fetching and caching patterns.\nSkilled at building responsive, accessible UI from design specifications (e.g., Figma), with strong attention to cross-device compatibility, performance, and usability.\nExperienced in full-stack architecture and design-structuring code and data flow and building scalable, reusable, and maintainable systems end to end.\nStrong experience with cloud-based deployment and integration across Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and environment configuration.\nHands-on experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode, etc.) in a daily workflow, paired with the engineering depth to critically review, test, and validate AI-generated code rather than accepting it at face value.\nProvided technical mentorship to mid- and junior-level developers, fostering growth through guidance, feedback, and collaborative development practices.\nVersion Control: Expertise with Git and branchingstrategies.\nTesting: Proficient in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing and modern testing frameworks.\nTelephony/Audio: Experience with VoIP/telephony protocols and systems-SIP, RTP/RTCP, and SDP-or equivalent phone-system, PBX, or call-center platform experience (e.g., Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Cisco, Avaya, or NICE/Verint recording).\n6+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.\nExperience leading teams or managing technical projects.\nStrong leadership and mentoring capabilities.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.\nClear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within ateam.\nStrong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience, including relevant boot camps and industry certifications).\nPhysical Requirements/Essential Job Functions\nCoding, collaborating, developing prototypes and projects from start to final product\nAbility to multi-task technical problems efficiently.\nFrequent computer use.\nSitting for long periods of time.\nConcentrating for long periods of time.\nWork with minimalsupervision\nAble to effectively estimate and manage time\nOur Company: Priority Dispatch Corp. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
