By ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes, the role will help drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, which in turn can lead to increased revenue and business growth. You will act as trusted advisors to clients, helping them to realize the full potential of the company’s offerings and contributing to the overall success and reputation of the company. You will be supporting our core clients who are growing and looking for opportunities to cross-sell our products.\n\nResponsibilities:\nRelationship Management:\n\nKey point of contact post-integration: Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients after integration.\n\nProduct knowledge and support: Maintain a deep understanding of our banking and treasury management product to effectively address client queries and offer solutions.\n\nRegular client check-ins: Conduct periodic meetings to understand clients’ evolving needs and align services to meet those needs.\n\nBuild an understanding of customer needs to advocate for roadmap and product solutions.\n\nEscalation management and collaboration with internal teams to resolve any customer issues.\n\nLeading Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners.\n\nContinually push for new feature adoption with existing clients.\n\nActively drive increase to bottom line revenue.\n\nAssigned to higher-touch enterprise clients.\n\nCreating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\nInternal coordination: Collaborate with various internal teams to effectively meet client needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.\n\nFeedback loop: Work with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to provide client feedback, contributing to product improvements and the development of new offerings.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nSuccess in the Relationship Manager, Banking & Treasury Services role looks like being a trusted advisor to high-value clients while driving measurable business impact. Effective problem resolution\nYou coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and escalate when needed.\n\n7. Valuable customer insights\nClient feedback is consistently shared with product and other teams to improve the platform.\n\n8. Operational excellence\nProcesses, documentation (SOPs), and internal collaboration run smoothly.\n\nIn short: Success means keeping clients happy, growing their usage of the product, solving their problems efficiently, and acting as the voice of the customer internally.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nAssociate’s degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a relationship management role, preferably in a FinTech or Banking environment.\n\nBanking Operations / Treasury Experience preferred.\n\nExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams.\n\nAbility to understand end to end processes.\n\nPatient, diplomatic, and collaborative.\n\nAdvanced communication skills and the ability to have crucial conversations with our clients.\n\nWork Environment & Culture:\nWe believe that performance and experience go hand in hand -an exceptional employee experience is earned through contribution.
