If you take ownership of your work and support leaders with case management, legal research, document drafting, and client support, we want to hear from you!\nWhat our client needs:\nAs the office Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:\nOwn client documents and communication, including client intakes and weekly status updates\nSupport case progression and move matters through workflow stages\nOwn the case calendar, including scheduling mediations and depositions, deadline tracking, and hearing date requests\nPrepare hearing and trial materials\nCoordinate with lead attorney and senior paralegal\nEssential Skills and Abilities:\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Florida family law paralegal, 10 years preferred. \nExperience in a fully paperless office environment\nAbility to claim ownership and close loops on operations\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent written communication skills\nHands-on experience working with AI Tools daily, such as Vicent through Clio, is required.\nSoftware Requirements\nClio Software \nLawMatics \nLawPay\nDocuSign\nDropbox\nMicrosoft 365 and Teams\nLexis+\nAI Tools\nCompensation Details:\nSalary commensurate with experience \n26 PTO/Holiday Days\n401 (k) with 5% match\nHealth Benefits in progress\nPerks\nThe role requires at least 5 years of Florida Family Law Paralegal experience; 10 years preferred.\nLOCATION SPECIFICS.\nThis is a Remote position.
