These talented men and women drive our business, and we are committed to their success.\nResponsibilities:\nRequisition creation and candidate status management\n\nSourcing for candidates on multiple platforms including but not limited to , Indeed, Linkedinand Handshake\n\nScreens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interview. May provideinitial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements\n\nCraft & update job descriptions\n\nOrganize candidatesdata in internal databases\n\nCoordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed\n\nPrepare reports on new hire metrics\n\nOrganize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests\n\nProvideadministrative support to the Recruiting and HR team\n\nInterface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process\n\nDevelops and maintainsprofessional relationships with college, universityand community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants\n\nUse recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills\n\nAssistwith updating social media and company branding on Linkedin, Twitter, Facebookand Instagram\n\nHelp coordinate the company newsletter to assistwith branding\n\nOther duties assigned\n\nQualifications:\nCollege degree preferred but not required\n\nAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadline\n\nFamiliarity with social media, especially LinkedIn\n\nExcellent desk/computer/workflow organizational skills\n\nBenefits:\n$40,000 per year plus commissions\n\nMedical Insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees AND dependents\nDental Insurance 100% paid for Employee\nVision Insurance\nHSA with Employer Contributions\nLife Insurance\nShort Term Disability\nLong Term Disability\n401(k) Plan\nProfit Sharing: Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensation\nPaid Holidays AND PTO\nCancer, Critical Illness, and Accident Policies available\nPhysical Requirements:\nJob functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email.
