The hardest problems - millions of rows, real-time inference, entirely new modalities - are still open, and no one else is working on them at this level.\nWe're a small, highly selective team of 40+ with backgrounds from Google, DeepMind, Meta, Apple, Amazon, Jane Street, and CERN, led by Frank Hutter, Noah Hollmann, and Sauraj Gambhir, and advised by Bernhard Schölkopf and Turing Award winner Yann LeCun.\nIn July 2026, less than 18 months after our €9M pre-seed, we joined SAP as an independent frontier AI lab - same team, mission, and open-weights models, now backed by more than €1 billion over four years.\nAbout the role\nWe are hiring our first SAP Partner Manager to execute and scale how we work with SAP. You'll be the operational backbone of the relationship: making sure SAP's requests are tracked, our engineering and research commitments are met, and joint initiatives actually move. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll be in the details of live SAP workstreams, keeping projects on track, making sure commitments on both sides are honoured, and turning senior-level intent into delivered outcomes.\nSAP Execution\nOwn the day-to-day execution of the SAP relationship across active technical, research, and commercial workstreams.\n\nTrack commitments on both sides, SAP's asks and Prior Labs' delivery, and ensure follow-through internally and externally.\n\nCoordinate with internal engineering, research, and developer relations so our limited technical capacity is deployed on the highest-value SAP work effectively.\n\nProject and Commercial Operations\nSupport the structuring of SAP initiatives: joint project scoping, co-sell arrangements, delivery milestones, and commercial terms.\n\nSupport pricing and packaging discussions on SAP-related work.\n\nMaintain accurate records of SAP agreements, project status, commitments, and performance in our CRM and tracking tools.\n\nInternal Coordination\nAct as the connective tissue between the SAP relationship, engineering and research, and leadership.\n\nFlag when SAP commitments are getting ahead of our delivery capacity, early enough to act on.\n\nWork with leadership to keep SAP work prioritised against Prior Labs' strategy, with clear ownership on every workstream.\n\nRelationship Development\nHelp onboard new SAP stakeholders and workstreams and get them into a productive state quickly.\n\nIdentify where SAP initiatives are stalling or underperforming and surface what needs to change.\n\nContribute to building the playbooks, templates, and processes that will let us run the SAP relationship at scale.\n\nWhat you bring\n3 to 5 years in a partnerships, alliances, BD, or program/project management role at a data infrastructure, ML tooling, developer tools, or deep tech company, or inside the partner organisation of a large enterprise software vendor.\n\nExperience working on partner or project commercial structures: not just managing relationships but understanding how the incentive and delivery mechanisms work.\n\nStrong internal coordination skills; comfortable working across engineering, research, sales, and product teams simultaneously.\n\nDetail-oriented and reliable on follow-through; SAP counterparts and internal teams alike know they can count on you.\n\nComfortable operating between a large enterprise and a fast-moving startup, and translating between the two.\n\nFamiliarity with large enterprise software partner programs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, or similar) a strong plus.\n\nWhy this role is exciting\nFirst SAP Partner Manager at a company building a genuinely new category in AI, working with one of the largest software companies in the world.\n\nDirect exposure to how a startup structures and runs a relationship with a major strategic partner from the ground up.\n\nWork closely with the Head of Strategic SAP Initiatives on a relationship that is central to Prior Labs' future.\n\nClear path into senior partnerships, alliances, or BD roles as the function scales.\n\nLife at Prior Labs\nYou'll work alongside researchers and builders who hold themselves to a very high bar - in the quality of their work and in how they work with each other.
