Due to the location of the service, access to a vehicle or the ability to drive is recommended.\nWhat you'll be doing\nJoin our team and help create meaningful, engaging activities that support patients’ recovery, wellbeing and independence. You will deliver person-centred social, recreational and therapeutic activities in a safe and supportive environment.\nAs part of the role, you will:\nDeliver engaging individual and group activities tailored to patients’ needs, interests and recovery goals.\nPlan and facilitate a varied programme of activities, including life skills, exercise, creative arts, relaxation and social events.\nEncourage independence, social interaction and community participation while providing personalised support.\nWork closely with Occupational Therapists, nursing staff and external agencies to support patient care and recovery.\nMaintain accurate activity records, monitor patient wellbeing, follow risk assessments and report any concerns to senior colleagues. \nYou can find additional information in the attached job description.\nWhat you'll bring to the role\nPrevious experience in a similar role and supporting individuals with a range of mental health needs, including complex mental health conditions and dual diagnoses, would be desirable.\nWhat we will give you in return\nWe want you to succeed at Priory and thrive in your role.
