The hospital is set in its own attractive grounds of over nine acres, which supports an amazing horticulture programme and grants access to an idyllic countryside landscape, which, by its very nature, promotes wellbeing.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupervising a team of cleaning staff to deliver high standards across the site \nPlanning and coordinating staff rotas to ensure continuity of service \nSupporting recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of team members \nMonitoring cleaning standards and ensuring compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations \nManaging stock, equipment, and supplies, including ordering and stock control \nReporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards \nSupporting training and ensuring team compliance with required standards\n\nWhat you'll bring to the role\n\nOur work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key.
